SEA TURTLE CAMP: Puerto Vallarta
The La Gloria Turtle Camp in Jalisco, had facilities that are not suitable for the climatic conditions of the region, with intense heat during the spring and summer, and a constant risk of destruction of roofs and nesting areas during hurricane season. The project seeks to reduce construction costs as well as meet the climatic demands by using natural materials available in the region that, rather than fighting hurricanes, take advantage of their winds and reduce the risk of total destruction of the facilities by reducing the resistance of the architectural elements.
In addition to the climatic demands, the center faced serious problems of continuity in research due to the high level of attrition of researchers and volunteers. The proposal gives fundamental importance to the socio-psychological needs of the researchers, most of whom are young volunteers with profound socialization needs due to the fact that most of them are away from their family home for the first time.

DISASTER RELIEF SHELTERS
The CENAPRED (National Center for Disaster Control), needed a shelter that would allow intervention in crisis due to disasters to which Mexico City may be subjected, such as earthquakes, floods, and eruptions.
The proposal is a modular shelter made of environmental reinsertion materials (cardboard, clay, and wood) and easy construction at low cost.
